A leave tracker for small teams
Trackilero keeps your team’s leave next to its timesheets. People request exact days, approvers decide, and the balance on screen is always what is actually left.
Free for up to 3 people. Team is $2 per person per month ($1.60 paid yearly), Business $4. Every new workspace gets a 7-day trial of Team with no card.
How a request works
- The person picks the days on a calendar. Weekdays are proposed, and every day, including weekends, can be ticked or unticked. Half days are allowed.
- The days are reserved from their balance straight away, so two requests cannot spend the same days.
- Their approver approves all of it, some of the days, or none, with a reason.
- Approved days appear on the team calendar. On the Team plan, work due while the person is away is listed so it can be moved first.
Allowances and carry-over
An admin sets each person’s yearly allowance and who approves their leave. Leave types are set per workspace. Unused days can expire, carry over in full, or carry over up to a cap. A reminder goes out before the year ends to people who still have days left.
With or without timesheets
Leave and time tracking are in the same workspace, so a timesheet knows who was off. If leave is all someone needs, an admin can set their view to time and leave only.

- Is leave on the free plan?
- Yes. Starter is free for up to 3 people and includes requests, approvals and balances.
- Can an approver approve only part of a request?
- Yes. They choose which days to approve; the rest go back to the balance.
- Are public holidays supported?
- Yes, on the Business plan: they are left unticked in the day picker and shown on the team calendar.
