Trackilero vs Harvest
Harvest is a long-standing tool for tracking time and turning it into invoices. Leave is not part of it, so most Harvest teams keep holidays somewhere else.
Trackilero keeps time and leave together, and when you switch on the Full setup it drafts invoices from billable hours as well.

Holidays in the same place as hours
With leave and time in one product, a timesheet knows when someone was off, the team calendar shows who is away this week, and on the Team plan a due date that falls in someone’s holiday is flagged before it is missed. People request exact days, half days included; approvers can approve all, some or none.
Invoices when you want them
Invoicing is part of the Full setup on the Business plan. A rate can be set for the workspace, a client, a project or a single task. An invoice is drafted from the billable hours, every line can be edited, and hours on an issued invoice are closed, so nothing is billed twice. Teams that do not invoice from the tool never see any of it.
When Harvest is the better choice
- Invoicing is the main reason you track time, and you want the most established tool for it.
