Trackilero vs Toggl Track
Toggl Track is a well-made, popular time tracker. Time off is offered separately, as a per-seat add-on on paid plans.
Trackilero puts time tracking and leave in the same product from the first day, including on the free plan, and keeps everything else switched off until you need it.

|---|---|---|
| Built for | Small teams, studios and agencies of 3 to 100 people who mostly need timesheets and leave. | Freelancers and teams that want a polished time tracker. |
| Time tracking | A timer and a weekly timesheet. Minutes are stored exactly and never rounded. | Timer, calendar view and manual entries. |
| Leave and time off | Built in: requests with an exact day picker and half days, approve, reject or approve part, balances that are reserved the moment a request goes in. | A time-off add-on, paid per seat on top of a paid plan; days come off the balance after the leave is taken. |
| Time on subtasks | Three levels. Each task shows its own time and, next to it, the total including subtasks, labelled, never added together. | Projects and tasks. |

| Price | Free for up to 3 people. Team is $2 per person per month ($1.60 paid yearly), Business $4. Every new workspace gets a 7-day trial of Team with no card. | Per-user paid plans plus the time-off add-on; see toggl.com/track/pricing. |
A balance that is right the moment you ask
Toggl’s time-off feature takes days off the balance after you return from leave. Trackilero reserves them when the request is made. If someone asks for a week in August and another week in September, the second request already sees the first, and two requests can never spend the same days.
Leave is not an extra
Leave requests, approvals, half days, balances and a team calendar are part of every Trackilero plan. There is no separate add-on to buy per person.
When Toggl Track is the better choice
- You want the most polished timer and browser extension and nothing else.
- You rely on Toggl’s integrations or its automatic activity tracking.
- Leave is handled in a separate HR system you are happy with.
